FAQs
1. What is the SHOUTOUT campaign?
SHOUTOUT lets you display a personalised birthday, anniversary, congratulatory or special message on digital lobby screens at selected cinemas and cafés.
2. Can I upload my creative later?
Yes. You can choose to share your creative later through WhatsApp. Please submit it within the communicated deadline to avoid delays.
3. What creative formats are accepted?
JPG, JPEG and PNG formats are accepted, subject to the creative specifications provided during booking.
4. Can I edit my message after booking?
Changes may be accepted only before the creative has been approved or scheduled. Please contact the support team as early as possible at web@screenox.in.
5. Will a late booking extend my display time?
No. The display will end at the selected time slot, even if the booking or creative is submitted late.
6. Will my message appear on every screen at the cinema?
Messages are displayed only on screens allocated for Screenox Media advertising. Other screens may be reserved for food and beverage promotions or movie promotions.
7. Who is responsible for the creative content?
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that the submitted creative is accurate, lawful, appropriate and does not violate any third-party rights.
8. What should I do if there is an issue with my campaign?
Please inform the SHOUTOUT support team at web@screenox.in within three working days after the campaign. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or resolution.
9. Can my booking be cancelled or refunded?
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the booking status and applicable campaign terms. A refund may not be available once the creative has been processed or scheduled.
10. Is venue and time-slot availability guaranteed?
All venues, dates and time slots are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the SHOUTOUT team..
