TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cinema Lobby Screen Advertising

1. Booking & Payment

  • All cinema lobby screen bookings are confirmed only after successful payment via the official Razorpay payment link.
  • Payment confirms intent to book the selected cinema location and does not automatically guarantee a specific date until confirmed by our team.
  • In case of limited availability, bookings will be confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

2. Slot Confirmation

  • After payment, our team will contact the advertiser within 24 working hours to:
    • Confirm campaign dates
    • Collect creative assets
    • Finalise execution details
  • If the selected slot is unavailable, the advertiser may:
    • Choose an alternative date or cinema location, or
    • Opt for a refund as per the refund policy below.

3. Campaign Duration & Display

  • Campaign duration, screen count, loop frequency, and ad duration are as specified at the time of booking.
  • Exact screen placement within the cinema lobby is subject to venue layout and operational constraints.
  • Minor variations in loop timing may occur due to technical or operational reasons.

4. Creative Guidelines

  • All creatives must be submitted in the specified format, resolution, and duration, which will be shared post-booking.
  • The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that creatives:
    • Do not violate any applicable laws
    • Are free from offensive, misleading, or restricted content
  • The cinema operator and media owner reserve the right to reject or request changes to any creative that does not meet compliance or brand safety guidelines.

5. Content Approval

  • Final approval of creatives is subject to:
    • Cinema operator policies
    • Mall / venue regulations
    • Government or statutory advertising norms
  • Any delay in creative submission may result in campaign postponement without liability to the media owner.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before slot confirmation:
    → Eligible for a full refund, after deduction of payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellations after slot confirmation:
    → No refund, unless the campaign cannot be executed due to operational issues from our end.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Non-Execution or Technical Issues

  • In the event of technical issues, power outages, or operational disruptions at the cinema:
    • The campaign may be extended, rescheduled, or compensated with additional playtime where feasible.
  • No monetary claims shall arise for minor interruptions beyond reasonable control.

8. Reporting & Proof of Play

  • Basic proof of execution (photos/videos) may be shared subject to availability.
  • Footfall numbers mentioned are estimated averages and may vary.

9. Liability

  • The media owner shall not be liable for:
    • Business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages
    • Audience behaviour or campaign performance outcomes
  • The advertiser assumes full responsibility for claims arising from the advertised content.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • Submission of the lead form and/or completion of payment implies acceptance of all the above Terms & Conditions.
  • These terms may be updated without prior notice and will apply to all future bookings.
